Wrong Apple ID listed at "sign in iTunes" prompt.

I am not able to update all of my Apps on Iphone or tablet. At the "sign in to iTunes Store" prompt it shows the wrong Apple ID, that is, it shows my icloud.com as my Apple ID rather than my Verizon email address. I am able to update those Apps that do not require a password (for whatever reason) though.

My Verizon.com Apple ID. is valid for everything else. I have been trying on and off for quite some time to fix this problem, and I'm sure there is a simple solution, maybe?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

BillD.

If the apps needing to be updated were downloaded when using your @iCloud.com ID, they are tied to that ID. You can either use that ID to update them, or delete them and download them again, if desired, using your Verizon ID.
