Phone icon hidden in Productivity Icon
My green Phone icon disappeared into a gray “Productivity” icon without any action on my part. How do I reverse this?
Press and hold the phone icon until it wiggles and then move it.

As noted, tap lightly until it wiggles, then move it out of the folder.
