I'm on Sierra and my Applestore is greyed out and I cannot enter anything or see anything. For facetime impossible to login although my Apple Id and my password work perfectly elsewhere.
And also, they work under safemode.

Try running the Etrecheck report again. When you ran it before it show possible adware/malware and some orphaned files. If they show in the new report, Run the report again and click [Remove/Report] and [Clean up].
Most posters recommend not using cleaning programs. They can destroy normal computer operations.
Check for associated parts and pieces using these programs.

Why you shouldn’t download from a Torrent site
Might be a corrupt .plist.
Do a backup, preferably 2 backups on 2 separate drives.
Quit the application.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.appstore.plist. Move the .plist to your desktop.
Restart the computer, open the application, and test. If it works okay, delete the plist from the desktop.
If the application is the same, return the .plist to where you got it from, overwriting the newer one.

I have logged out and logged back in in Safe mode. Both Facetime and AppleStore were working. I have then relogged in normal mode and facetime was still working but Applestore went back to the greyed out version where it's impossible to do anything.
