Unknown error (-49)
Hi, I apologise if this has been asked before -
I used to own a 1GB ipod nano and have recently switched to a 5th gen 30GB movie ipod. Trouble is when I add music to my itunes and then go to sync my ipod it wont do it and a message comes up saying 'unknown error (-49)'. The only way to sync it again is to restore the factory settings but it is very frustrating doing time and time again. I would be very gratefull if someone could help me solve this problem. I am using Mac OS X 10.4 and have the new version of itunes.
