TV Monitor [LG M2452D-PU] hook up my MacBook as secondary monitor

I have a TV Monitor [LG M2452D-PU] can I hook up my MacBook to it as a secondary monitor ? MB has Firewire, Thuderbolt, USB connections.

MacBook Pro (15-inch Mid 2012), macOS Sierra (10.12.6)
