iPhone X screen glitching

Make another Genius Bar appointment and tell them what happened. Sounds like your digitizer is defective.

They had to replace the entire screen and some hardware inside. It was a total pain. Took 4 trips to genius bar to get fixed.

This has been happening to me too randomly. My screen glitches, opens random apps, and malfunctions at random times. Did they say why this happened? And, did you have to pay for the repairs?

Did they restore from backup or set up as new?

What did they do at the next appointment? I have a brand new phone and it’s doing this non stop.

Were they able to fix the issue? My phone is doing the same thing
