Can't download "Apple Heart Study" App

Found the new app on the iOS store, pressed "get," then a weird, pulsing "Double Click to Install" message appears on a mostly black screen with some other info on the bottom of the screen. Never seen anything like this in the app store.

Anyway, there is nothing to "Double Click," and when I try it just returns back to the app store page where you can press "get" again (which does the same thing and never actually downloads).

Anyone get this to work? I am using an iPhone X... maybe that's the issue(?).

I contacted support on the twitter account you listed. After trying several of their other suggestions, they had me sign in & out of the app store which solved the issue.

As the app has only just become available and the related support page has not yet been published on the Apple website, I suggest that you consider waiting for a while (perhaps until tomorrow) before trying again to install the app.

Otherwise, I suggest that you contact Apple for assistance:

I found that this is not limited to the new Heart Study app. I get the same result with other apps (this was just the first one I tried). Here is what the screen looks like after I press "get."
