iPhone X randomly powers / shuts off

Over the last week my iPhone X has been randomly shutting off completely. When it does this it has plenty of battery percentage left. At first, I noticed it when I would send a snap on the Snapchat app, but now it happens when I check my email, get a notification and other random times. It is happening more and more frequently. (I had to use my laptop to send this as it has restarted twice while trying to type this.) My phone is updated to iOS 11.1.2 I have already factory reset the phone and restored it to my backup once and it still does this. Does anyone know a way to fix this issue? Thanks in advance!

iPhone X, iOS 11.1.2, null

Try this first.

Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.

If that does not help do a restore via iTunes and after that make an appointment at the Genius Bar for a hardware evaluation.

My iPhone X was plugged into power and shut itself off over night. So much for using this device as an alarm clock. Plus, the ear peice randomly doesn’t work when receiving phone calls. Have to use speaker to hear the caller. This phone seems to be very unreliable. Have to do a hard reset once a day??? Come on Apple. Considering getting rid of this phone.

Go into your local Apple Support Store... They will diagnose your phone & if no software issues are found they will perform a DFU Reset & Restart as new iPhone!!

This made my phone worse & shutdown more !! Made new appointment within store & They had to REPLACE my phone due to Hardware issues or a defect... There was nothing more to do
