enable webgl on high sierra

It's not available on high sierra yet, but if you download and use Safari Technology Preview on High Sierra, WebGL 2.0 is available under that Develop menu.

If you download and install Safari Technology Preview ( a standalone version of Safari),

WebGL 2.0 is available as an experimental feature.

Once installed click the Develop, and then Experimental Features.
