What is Error 211 on IPAD analytics?

I have an iPad mini 2 and am using WiFi and iOS v. 11.1.1. I keep seeing the same error in analytics stating error 211. I searched for what error 211 stands for and can’t find anything. This is what my log says over and over since I’ve updated, or rather was forced too by an Apple Tech. I didn’t want to update but she remotely was on with me and told me it’d solve a lot of problems. I wish I didn’t put my confidence in her.
