Dock icons are missing after installing High Sierra

I installed High Sierra on my iMac 2011 Middle today. After installing, many of my dock icons are missing... I have tried some things I found (Terminal command lines, removing icons from dock and take back from applications), but nothing changed.

Is there anyone who experience the same? Is there anything that could fix this problem? Mainly mac icons are missings, like app store, facetime, photos, messages...

In the application folder of finder the icons are displayed correctly.

User uploaded fileSame problem here right after I got a High Sierra auto-installed security fix last night. Mine is not confined to dock icons. Several icons for other apps have been replaced by the "generic" no-icon icon. Facetime's icon is gone and it no longer launches. I get an error message as displayed in the attachment, which also shows many files with missing icons.

Hope the fix to the fix comes out soon.
