Month 13 out of bounds

Hi all,

I noticed today my RAM is being seriously depleted, getting fan noise which has almost never happened previously, some applications running super slow.

Specs: Macbook air, 13 inch, early 2014, 1.4 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB RAM, running 10.13.1.

Checked Activity Monitor. memory usage is at 7.5 of 8 GB (normally it's around 4-5), UserEventAgent is up around 80-90% CPU. Checked Console: getting continuous "Month 13 is out bounds" error messages across many processes.

Checked around online, noticed a few others having same problem (e.g. high sierra - Month 13 is out of bounds? - Ask Different). The suggested work-around there is to change the system date so current date is no longer Dec. This did in fact work, RAM usage back to normal, but it messes up other applications (e.g. dates in FileMaker database), so not really a viable solution.

Anyone else coming across this, have ideas or fixes?

Thanks.

I deleted all the Plist entries in my Library/LauchAgents folder

Generally speaking, LaunchAgents are not replaced when you launch the app. The are there to run background processes that are usually required by the app. Without them, you will probably see some functions no longer work or the app may become totally unusable.

I would contend that the revised console log has been useless without running specific search or filtered results since Sierra. I'm sure it functions well for developers who take the time to learn how to use it, but as a user I no longer watch the default scrolling window. I just wish it would open the same logs I need between reboots so I don't have to re-open them each time.

When I look at the default window now, I'm seeing an order of magnitude of other than error messages that are not related to Month 13 which make it unusable.
