Dyslexia: Colour Tint

So I shall get straight to the point -

I have dyslexia so in order for me to read, I need a green tint. On my iPhone I can easily change the tint of my screen to green and I can read without any problems. However, my MacBook Pro (2017) is my main workstation and I can't seem to find anyway of changing the tint of the screen to green. I was wondering if there is anything that I'm missing?

If not, are there any other solutions that don't require me to stick a plastic sheet over my lovely screen?

Thank you for your help!

System Preferences > Displays > color

... allows you to calibrate the display to your liking. This should allow changes in the range of a green tint, but if you need a change to bright green, this is not likely to be your answer.

Also, the selected-text color (aka "highlight color") could be changed to green.

System Preferences > general > highlight color

If you routinely select text to read it (or have the computer speak it while you read along) that might be another possibility.
