Why does my Mr Robot season 3 not load on my Apple TV 4?

Same issue. But previous ATV model. Only Mr Robot seem affected. However, the episodes CAN be accessed through the "TV" app, rather than "tv shows iTunes" app. Still very annoying.

I understand you purchased Season 3 ot the Mr. Robot television series, but you are not able to view any of the episodes, is that right?
Take a look at the resources below for troubleshooting steps to address this issue:
If you can‘t connect to the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store
Check your settings and network connections to try to fix the issue on your Apple TV.
1. Check your connectionMake sure that your device is connected to the Internet.
Turn your Wi-Fi router off and then on again to reset it. If you still can’t connect to your Wi-Fi network, contact your Internet provider for more help.On your Apple TV - make sure you have an active network connection in Settings > Network. Get help with Wi-Fi networks
2. Update your software
Update to the latest versions of tvOS. Then try to connect to the iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store again.
3. Check the date and time
On your Apple TV: Go to Settings > General > Date and Time.
If it's not, set the correct date and time, or turn on the option to set it automatically.

I am having the same issue. Everything works except Mr.robot season three. I cannot even access it through the store on the Apple TV. I bought it through my computer and signed in on the tv on my apple account and it still won't load, it just keeps buffering. It is incredibly frustrating as it is just this purchase that I am unable to watch
Thanks for the reply Swicks027. I'm going to try the advice from sarah_s1 above but not 100% confident it will work as I feel like I've tried rebooting multiple times and my internet connection is fine. I also downloaded the Apple Support app and will try and give them a call. Stay tuned.
Haven’t fixed it yet. I’ve tried everything. Wish Apple Support had and an easier UI or chat function so I could message someone about this issue. I don’t have time to get on the phone with work and baby. Seems like it would be an easy fix.
