Why only one of my fans are working on my brand-new Macbook pro 2017

I got my MacBook Pro 2017 on September 28th and its brand new and ever since I got it only the right fan works, the other one doesn't even turn on. I was just wondering if it's broken or is it a software thing.

Or the computer only has one fan, if it's a 13" model.
