Tracking “app” *Narvar* installed on iPhone

My wife's iPhone ended up with a tracking software installed on it. For example when she tries to go to Macys.com, her device replaces it with Macys.narvar.com. The Narvar is the tracking software. We would like to remove it but don't know how. It’s not an app, so far a we can tell. I have twitted the software company that developed it & hopefully they will contact us with instruction. If they don’. Then your help will really be appreciated!
