thank you so much for your answer, I think so it need to reinstall os, but finally I preferred to upgrade my hard disk to ssd and my memory from 4 to 8 gb, now I installed Sierra (not update to high Sierra) and everything is ok...:)

So I followed the article but it didn't work.

My macbook pro is early 2011,13.3 inch.

I didn't hear startup sound. The progress bar counting until full and then freeze that I leave it for a hours.

With command+r I used first aid and got backup image from my data.

Please help me by this explanation.
