Why can’t I complete my Apple ID?

I just got a new iphone and have never set

up my apple ID before. now, when i want to download an app it wants me to “complete my apple id” first before i can download any apps or music. when i fill out the forms it says “an error occurred please try again later” but it never works later anyway. how do i fix this so i can actually start using the phone?

Hi

You need a working Email address and password for your Apple id

You also need to set up a credit card for your payments.

Go to iTunes main page bottom of page apple I'd delete all I'd Then add back again.

Then go to view I'd click that go to manage payments check add your credit card details & the 3 digit code from the back of your credit card.

Later go to i books download ios 11 user guide it.s Free.
