Cards waiting to be verified after calling bank

Hi there,

I have been trying to add my Lloyd’s cards to use Apple Pay. After adding the cards to the wallet app and phoning my bank to verify the cards the wallet app does not update and continues to tell me to verify the cards using the number displayed.

I have rang the bank a few times and they say they have verified the cards and nothing is wrong on their end.

I have also followed some steps I found online like a signing out of iCloud and even doing a phone reset.

Does anybody have anything I could try.

I think it might be an issue on Apples end as the bank have done everything they can and have told me their system says the cards have been verified.

Hi

If you have not yet done so, then it may help to update your iPhone to the latest software:

Update the iOS on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

It may also help to close the Wallet and Settings apps (if open) and then to restart your iPhone.

Otherwise, given the other steps that you have already tried, I suggest that you contact Apple Support for assistance:
