For some reason Whatsapp Web on Safari is not showing messages or scrolling down.
It all started a couple days ago, I tried to quit the application, restart, clean history, etc. Nothing worked so far.
Any guess of what it could be?

I tried your advice (it was not checked) and also read your links, but my problem still persists.

Safari/Preferences/Advanced and make sure Never use font sizes smaller than is not checked.
Safari doesn't load a page or webpage items are missing
I checked the latest info about WhatsApp web: WhatsApp FAQ - How do I use WhatsApp Web? it just says that it's supported the latest version of Safari. Which version of the browser are you using? I need to admit that I use usually WhatsApp desktop but with my Safari Version 11.0.1 (13604.3.5) also the Web version is working correctly.
I would suggest to ask them (WhatsApp) as well.

My Safari version is 10.1.1
One thing I noticed is that there that are some errors logged on console.
I got an answer from whatsapp team "[...] We are aware of the issue and we are working on fixing it in a future update of WhatsApp [...]"

What OS are you using? Have you checked the App Store for a Safari update?
