My beats solo 3 won't charge

I have had my Beats solo 3's for about a year now and they have worked fine. However, as of a day ago, the led lights wouldn't turn on when I plugged them in as they usually do. I turned them on, noted the battery level, plugged them in for 10 minutes, unplugged, and checked the percentage to find that it was the same, so it isn't that the led's aren't working. I also have a second pair, and plugged them into the same source that I plug these into, and they charged just fine.

What should I do?
