Get rid of CleanMyMac2Helper. Apples does a good job of managing your mac. Many to all of this type of software does nothing to causing harm to your mac.

com.macpaw.CleanMyMac2Helper.diskSpaceWatcher.plist (MacPaw Inc. - installed 2014-03-05) [Lookup]

I see you have installed: malwarebytes. I'm surprised it didn't find CleanMyMac2Helper. I don't use malwarebytes, but it is the only malware software recommended around here. You may need to run malwarebytes for it to do its detective work.

I did find this link. There is a terminal command for turning off UserEventAgent. You ill need to turn it on before shuting down your machine. You are on your own to evaluate the effect of turning off UserEventAgent.

macos - What causes the UserEventAgent to run with 100% CPU usage? - Ask Different

One poster found a problem with:

com.wacom.kext.pentablet (Pen Tablet 5.3.0-3 - SDK 10.8) [Lookup]

Seems like to me the problem is either related to external hardware sending too many hardware interrupts or a problem with an outdated driver. Try detaching all external devices down to the minimum of keyboard & mouse.

Mine is Macbook Pro 2017 with MacOS High Sierras

After I updated the latest MacOS, My mac get overheated and when I searched for the problem, I found that UserEventAgent is growing over and over, exceeding the physical memory.taking a lot of space in SSD. When i kill it again and again , it is restarting and restarting. So it leads to lagging and power drainage.

Plz help me.

I'm having an issue that I suspect is related to the UserEventAgent. The available storage on my machine (Mac Pro Late 2013) is 61GB (256GB total capacity). About once an hour, the available storage just starts rapidly decreasing until there is 300 or 400 MB left available. I get system warnings, and then it resets back to 61GB. My UserEventAgent is sitting at 99.9% CPU. I ran EtreCheck and got these results:
