iPhone burned my ear

Has anyone had their iPhone burn their ear , my Ear is red and tender and it hurts this is the third time this phone has done this to me, sorry my first phone did it twice I got a replacement phone and this one is doing it as well I don’t know if I have any damage to brain or anything else but I do know that my ear is extremely sore and hurts and has for two weeks is there anything I can do about this besides getting a new crappy iPhone I will never buy another iPhone again after this. I have an iPhone 6S

Contact Apple 1-800-MY-APPLE and have the device examined by an authorized Apple repair specialist, you may also consider contacting an actual attorney and an actual medical professional before anyone here decides to offer legal or medial advice without being licensed.

I have a 6S and nothing even remotely what you are describing has ever happened to me.
