Erasing and merging a partition back

I'm looking to erase and remove/merge the space used by the windows partition back to the OSX portion. Below is the screenshot that shows the different disks.

I looked at the bootcamp assistant and the option to remove an existing windows partition was greyed out. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the windows portion? (About 350g worth in that partition)

Run

diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC1 disk0s3

diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC2 disk0s4

diskutil eraseVolume jhfs+ BC3 disk0s5

diskutil mergePartitions jhfs+ BCMP disk0s3 disk0s5

diskutil list

If you see only disk0s3, then

diskutil eraseVolume fat32 BOOTCAMP disk0s3

Now run BC Assistant and click on Remove/Restore.

Post back if you see any error messages.
