hack iphone via IMEI

My iPhone has been hacked. I have changed my carrier and contact number multiple times but the hacker still manage to hack in. I had passed my iPhone to police to scan any spyware been installed and the result is no. This I suppose the hacker hacked via IMEI or UDID.

No. Anyone who knows the Apple ID email address that you use to log into iCloud and who can guess your Apple ID password can access all of the information that you say has been compromised, UNLESS you also enable 2 factor authentication on your Apple ID account.

I've revised my list and you should PRINT a copy of this incase you lose access. * means phone is OFF/Flight Mode.

*1. New SIM card with NEW number.

*2. Wipe the phone back to Factory Settings in Reset.

*3. Create a new gmail.com address on a computer that this person cannot access (different wifi network).

*4. Use a very strong password for the gmail account, and add two-factor authentication.

*5. Create a NEW Apple ID using the NEW gmail account.

6. Put the NEW SIM in the factory restored phone and setup your Apple ID on the phone.

*6B. Enable two-factor authentication for your new Apple ID.

*7. Do NOT download WhatsApp or We Chat.

8. Leave the phone as basic as you can with apps for a few days. See if they can hack you?

9. They may also be getting your MAC address off of your work/home network, I'm assuming you share the same wifi network at work?

10. Consider only using mobile data at work with wifi fully turned off in settings, make sure bluetooth is also fully turned off.

*11. You won't need a new phone if you follow these steps.

12. If you must use WhatsApp and We chat, only install one of them at first with a new account/number.

13. I'm guessing We chat can leak all your info. So use that last if you have to.

14. On WhatsApp and We chat. Do not give permission for the microphone/photos/camera. (Turn on/off if you have to!)

*15. Use 'Flight Mode' whenever you're not using your phone (Wifi and mobile data OFF).

*16. Keep a record of all your other Apple IDs (There's a limit how many you can make) and passwords.

*17. Change all the passwords to your old Apple IDs, keep records. (Keep records of everything).

*18. Old email addresses too, change passwords, keep records of login name/password.

*19. Write it all on paper if you have to but encrypt the passwords on paper by reversing the order of the letters or something else CLEVER.

There is no way to hack an iPhone using an IMEI. The IMEI is just an ID number used by the carriers. There's nothing to hack with the IMEI at all

Why do you believe you have been hacked? What exactly is happening?

For whatever its worth, there is absolutely no known way of remotely hacking an iOS device. It's simply not something that is known to be possible at this time.

if your device is not jailbroken it is not hacked, it's far more likely some other accounts are, sort out your account info with those entities, change passwords enable factored authentication if it's available for those services, change emails associated with the accounts, create a new email account.

they just told they are many backslid to hack and they are not manage to help me.

are you trying to say Apple told your iOS device is hacked or they told you some other service you use is hacked? Either way make an appointment with an Apple certified repair center and have an evaluation done.

If you are using an email that someone else has access to it would be galactically simpler for them to get your information than what is required for jailbreaking your device and getting software to otherwise compromise the preventative features of the development language used by iOS. The compromise you are describing is happening with an account, not iOS, not the device, not the IMEI. It simply isn't. If you reset the device then it is not the device, you've just established that conclusively.

Sounds to me like you have been re-using mobile phone numbers occasionally.

You really need to do all of these things at the same time:

Make sure your phone is OFF when you do the following steps except (2) and 6-13.

1. New SIM card with NEW number.

2. Wipe the phone back to Factory Settings in Reset.

3. Create a new gmail.com address on a computer that this person cannot access (different wifi network).

4. Use a very strong password for the gmail account, and add two-factor authentication.

5. Create a NEW Apple ID using the NEW gmail account.

6. Put the NEW SIM in the factory restored phone and setup your Apple ID on the phone.

7. Do NOT download WhatsApp or We Chat.

8. Leave the phone as basic as you can with apps for a few days. See if they can hack you?

9. They may also be getting your MAC address off of your work network, I'm assuming you share the same wifi network at work?

10. Consider only using mobile data at work with wifi fully turned off in settings, make sure bluetooth is also fully turned off.

11. You won't need a new phone if you follow these steps.

12. If you must use WhatsApp and We chat, only install one of them at first with a new account/number.

13. I'm guessing We chat can leak all your info. So use that last if you have to.

iPhones (or cell phones generally) cannot be hacked via the IMEI. iPhones, for the most part, can only be hacked if someone has physical access to an unlocked phone. Accounts are far more likely to be hacked than hardware.

Let's take a few steps back. What is happening with your phone that indicates to you there is something wrong? Explain what you've tried to do, what happens when you try and what, if any error messages you've received.

Call Apple 1-800-MY-APPLE in North America or go to apple.com/contact for a list of international phone numbers; have the device evaluated.

if you think your Apple ID has been compromised see this link:

You may wish to change your Apple ID log/pass with a complex password you don’t use for anywhere else.

If you share the same or similar log/pass combo with another service (e.g. Yahoo, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and that service is compromised then anyone with that information simply needs to try the same combo elsewhere

Signaling System 7 can be hacked. But all that could be obtained would be SMS messages. Nothing else. Not iMessages, or application data. Not Whatsapp data. Data does not go over the SS7 network. And all data to and from iPhones is encrypted, anyway. Hacking the SS7 network is not for amateurs; it would take a very sophisticated hacker. About the only people who hack SS7 are criminals who want to intercept verification codes for 2 step verification. As Apple's 2 Factor Authentication (NOT the same as 2 step verification) does not use SMS it would not be compromised by such criminals.

I earlier speculated that you are being PHYSICALLY SURVEILLED - he has devices, microphones and cameras, that can hear & see you. If camera can see your hands, he can watch you type your new email and password

You need to do a THOROUGH search for devices in your workspace and of your possessions

I watched a TV reporter (I think w/ VICE News) with an iPhone challenge a "hacker" to hack her iPhone & MacbookPro. The first thing he and his crew did was plant bugging devices in her hotel room to do what I describe. After he had her credentials, the rest was easy.

it sounds far more likely your 3rd party accounts were hacked not your device. Samsungs development does not limit programmers from accessing features that can compromise a device. A non jailbroken iOS device does have limitations and prevent programmers from accessing features could compromise the system, and you can only get apps from a single source; hosted by Apple; where developers need to identify themselves. If they don't they can not sell.

I think you do not understand. The ONLY account and password that matters is the one you use to access iCloud. If it is an email address that you use for something else (school, work, etc) create a new free email account on gmail or yahoo (or similar provider). Do not tell anyone this email address. Then change your Apple ID to this email address. Also create a NEW, STRONG password (at least 12 characters) just for the Apple ID. Do not use the same password that you used when creating the new account on gmail or yahoo. Then add 2 Factor Authentication to your new Apple ID (Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support).

They didn't hack in to your iPhone, as has been repeatedly stated they are getting your app passwords or Apple ID password somehow. Or they are just overhearing what you are saying. Or they know the people you are talking to and they are telling them.
