App closes everytime I try to open it

All of my other apps are fine and it was working earlier this morning until around noon. After then everytime I tried opening it it wouldn’t work. I thought at first it was because I didn’t update my iOS, so I did that and it kept doing it. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I’ve tried restarting my phone. I’ve tried force closing it to try and open it. It starts to pull up the music home page and then the screen blacks out and then it closes and I’m back on my home screen. Again, before noon on 12-5-17 this had never happened before and all other apps are working fine.
