I understand you are getting an error message when trying to listen to Apple Music offline. Are you signed in with the correct Apple ID and password on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch? If you have an iPhone, did you download the music for offline listening using Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using cellular, tap Settings > Cellular and make sure Cellular Data is enabled and the Music app is enabled.
Add and download music, shows, and movies from the Apple Music catalog
