You can buy AppleCare+ within 60 days however that will not cover the dent.

Considering you just got the phone, you automatically have warranty on the device. Call Apple over the phone and have them schedule a repair. Your warranty lasts one year and should be able to cover this small dent.

Unless you can prove the dent was already on the phone when you purchased it, they will assume you caused the dent. The damage you cause is not covered by your warranty.
With the dent they may not be able to pass inspection for AppleCare+
