The LTE won't work on iPhone 6s

LTE hasn't worked the entire past year since I bought this phone despite trying all of the following: Tracfone sent me a new SIM card/reset network settings/reset all settings/reset network settings/erase all content and settings/Apple issued me a NEW phone/rinse and repeat...NOTHING so far has worked!!!!! Any advise?

iPod touch, iOS 6.0.1

The first question is whether you have any cellular data connection at all and simply do not have LTE?

If, you have any cellular data (3G or lower) and not LTE then, based on what you have posted, the most likely explantion is you are using the phone in an area where there is no LTE signal reaching it.

If you have no cellular data at all and you have replaced the phone and the sim, it is one of two likely causes:

1) your account on Tracfone is not properly provisioned--Tracfone advanced support can check that

2) your phone has an incorrect activation policy.

Is this a BYOD phone you are running on Tracfone or is it a phone you bought from Tracfone?

Also do you know which network you are running on?

Based on this information, it is likely that you may have an incorrect APN setting on the phone.

You can check this by going into Field Test Mode involves dialing *3001#12345#*.

Then go to PDP Context Info and tab on "0" and there you will see the APN setting.

See if it matches what is on the link below.
