I have worked with Magellan tech support with this problem and everything we tried didn't work. My OS is 10.11.6.
I would appreciate any ideas that might solve this problem.

Is this an Internet plug-in ? . Is it meant to work in a web browser ?.
If so, does it show in Safari - Help - Installed Plug-ins or Safari - Preferences - Websites ?.
Would be definitely a good idea to provide more information on the issue you're facing.
