Hi, I've just downloaded a firmware upgrade for my Fuji x-t20. I dragged the file to my memory card, but I get this:Operation can’t be completed because 1 or more required items can’t be found.Error 43. Any help appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Is this the procedure outlined by Fuji or do they have a specific method to facilitate this update?
I don't recall any device I've ever Firmware updated not requiring interfacing the device directly, not a drag and drop from one platform to another.
Hi Jimmy, thanks for replying. Yes, i've followed the directions on the fuji website to the letter. Granted, I'm not exactly Steve Jobs, but I think I've been pretty careful to do what they ask. My brain is melting.
