Iphone x incoming call display delay problem

Restoring from a back up will load the existing software issues back onto the device. To ensure issue is resolved. Restore Iphone and set up as a new phone. This should fix any issues relating to the iPhones software if issue still occus, make an appointment at the store to get the issue resolved.

I would try to install a fresh copy of iOS 11.2.

To do it, make a full backup of your device's content, then restore it to factory settings, following the steps provided in this support article, setting your iPX as new:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

Then restore it from your previously made backup.

Guys here’s the solution.

When apple launched ios 11, few devices somehow not able to properly install it and caused few problems including display lag.

Now solution is, turn on DFU mode and restore latest update via itunes and you are done !!!

Apple is Apple Man !!!

Loving it now !!!

Try doing these and pls update these are certain workarounds

Attention feature off

Raise to wake on

No truecaller

And don’t use the power button to disconnect calls

Restart and follow these tips

Thing is there is trigger which gets this lag on and it’s the problem with power button or the attention feature as there is no home button in the x

Remove truecaller and don’t use gmail contacts

Install 11.3 beta 3 the issue is fixed

This issue is also solved in the 11.3 beta 3 update pls do it and see

So it’s been more than 24 hours that I updated to 11.2.5 plus, removed True Caller and stopped Google contact sync. And not had that problem yet. Maybe 12-14 incoming calls so far.

Not sure if this will stay, but will post a comment if and when it does.

Not that Apple has been helpful; I’ve been in touch with them for over two months. But if this works, then at least the phone is useable.

I've think mine has been solved. I've managed to get into contact with some of the senior advisors of apple support and they advised me to do the following general -> reset all settings.

And it worked

I found the problem.I believe you all have Apple Watches.

There is a sync issue between iPhone and Apple watch that causes this delay.

After resetting my Apple watch, problem was solved.

Replacement won’t work if they replace also and moreover for India they wont replace as its software related , better don’t waste time try dfu mode and install 11.3 beta3 or else get in touch with Apple guys

I too facing this issue,i feel it's IOS problem,Then i checked with IOS beta 11.3 for last 15 days issue is not replicated again, before that after Restoring IOS It works fine for 2 days again i am facing Blank Display while incoming Call.Try with IOS BETA 11.3.

Need to update your iOS version. The problem solved after u update.

Update to 11.2.5 beta 6 it will solve the issue and pls post results

I removed true caller and google contacts today and it seems like it’s working fine.
