Just saying I wouldn't be any more concerned about that part of the email than any other. It doesn't necessarily indicate that any system thought it was from a trusted sender. No sense in unduly frightening the OP.
What concerns me if you didn't notice was "this comes from a trusted sender". But to the OP that is definitely a scam.

Anyone could put that in an email. It's part of the scam.
I could probably put it in here. But we all agree it's a scam. That's something that's not in dispute.

I received a email from the Apple support team, what is this about?
