Dialed numbers from a phone appears on other phone using same Apple ID

I have two iPhones with same Apple ID and both have IOS 11.2 software but each have different phone numbers.

The problem am facing is when I make a phone call from one of them the dialed numbers will appear on the other phone.

I turned off the: “Calls on other devices “

And the FaceTime is off also on both phones and the problem is not fixed yet.
