Help! the power button isn't working on my iPhone 7
I am not sure what happened, but the power button is not responsive on my iPhone 7. I just did the latest update and it still won't turn the phone off
Does the button actually work physically? If it does, try a forced restart by holding the POWER and VOLUME DOWN buttons until an Apple logo appears.
If the button doesn't work make a genius bar appointment.
