Question: No question, just not happy with Apple

Hi Apple
I have been a avid supporter of Apple ever since your first iPhone. People have tried to sway me and tell me that Apple products are not all that....I stuck by you...until the last few months. I bought an Apple Watch...which was faulty from the get go and I had to jump thru hoops to get a new one...and not long after that ( actually at the same time cause I was at the Apple store for my watch problem ) I purchased the new Mac Pro laptop....and what happened ....multiple calls to support cause it wouldn’t charge ....multiple visits to the Apple store...and I still have this problem....and every time I have expressed my frustration I just get a smile or a kind word. But as of today I am ****** Apple. Tell me what you are going to do for me to reimburse me for the time and unproductive pace you have put me thru?

Well, the problem you've run into here is the fact that these are technical question/answer forums: you detail your problem with your device and we try to help. Since we are not Apple employees - just users like you - we cannot help with your frustrations.

So, if you want to try to get help here, detail your problem - if it's software related, we may be able to help. If it's a hardware issue, then of course, Apple are the only ones who can take care of it.

Some states have consumer protection laws that say you get a replacement item after a few tries at repairs.
