iOS 11.2 / Control Centre Bluetooth/Wifi change

Can someone explain me why Apple had to change the ON/OFF switch for Bluetooth and Wifi in the Control Centre to “Connect/Discconnect” to known nearby Wifi’s/Bluetooth-Devices?

It was so **** convienient to disable all your battery draining functionalities just with a swipe and two taps.

If they wanted to a “disconnect” functioni to the control centre then why they didnt change it in a way that we have to hold the wifi/bluetooth icon?

I dont understand it... whats the case with this kind of... stuff...
