ipad 2 will not connect to wife after update

This is apparently a know problem with the updates; it is time it got fixed given the almost constant updates that come from Apple. My ipad air and iphone all connect to the same router that the ipad 2 were connected to before the update. I have been on Apple support and done the itunes restore route and nothing works. Either fix the problem or buy back my ipads that you have some how corrupted.
