They will only recommend the best response if you do not approve the best answer. What I'm getting at, is that no one here is able to take the charge off your account.
I'm assuming you've been charged for a subscription you canceled, but are still being charged for it.
The very first step you should take is canceling the subscription. You can see how to do that here:
