Amazon Prime Video will not play

Amazon Video App freezes and will not load. Amazon video plays great on non APPLE device.

Apple TV (4th generation), iOS 11.2

Yes, I too am experiencing this problem. Still using the Fire stick until Apple gets there act together. Must be tied to the battery issue on iPhones!
