Iphone is currently stolen. I want to erase my Iphone but I'm am not sure if I enabled Find my Iphone or not. If I do have it enabled, does it need WI-FI to erase or will data work too? If it is not enabled, is there anyway an Apple store or representative can do it for me?

If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can send the erase request. It would be received by the phone until it gets a connection. If you didn't enable Find My iPhone, there is no way to remotely enable it.
