I no longer get the first text message in a group text. I only get a response from one of the members.

After, got the iPhone 7 Plus I did not have any issues receiving messages from group text. The group text had members who had iMessages and who did not have iMessage. After an update, I no longer get the message from whoever text the group. I only get responses from some of the members. Please help resolve this issue.
