Iphone 6plus phone volumn is very low. Difficult to hear a caller
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 11.1.2
Whilst on a call press the volume up button on the side of the phone several times until it's loud enough for you.

Thanks and that is the simple answer but I can press the up volume button a hundred times and it would not make any difference in the volume.
There has to be a better answer than that?
