One of AirPods not working
Recently purchased AirPods only one of them appears to be working, any help with set up I’m not brilliant with technology 🙈

Use your AirPods
You'll want to check to make sure that both of they are fully charged. If they are showing fully charged, try unpairing them from your iPhone and then connecting them back again and testing. Let me know how this goes.
You can also check the balance settings to see if they need to be readjusted:
