Compass iOS

Since iOS 11, Compass is not working anymore on iPhone (I tested on multiple iPhone 6S's all under latest updates of iOS 11, so it's not device related). The level is still working fine, and the GPS coordinates are also displayed correctly, however the compass needle is frozen in a vertical position (i.e. pointing to the top of the screen). No more "calibration" when opening the app, no more compass functionality.

I removed the app, and installed it again from the App Store, no luck.

When will Apple provide a fix for this one ?

Compass is working fine on my iP7 running iOS 11.2, and I didn't noticed any bugs related to iOS.

If it doesn't work on your device, you should contact your nearest Apple Store or AASP and have your iPhone inspected.

Giulio, as I mentioned, I tested on multiple iPhone 6S's. Maybe it's working on the 7 and not on 6S, but then in any case it's not related to my iPhone (I don't believe in the coincidence that a device issue would simultaneously arise on several iPhone 6S's in my surroundings on the moment of upgrading to iOS.

The GPS and motion sensors on all phones work well ...

Not a device issue ...
