Secure signature via iPad markup

Hi, I recently started using markup via iPad, to directly sign pdf documents I receive via email. I use the "bag" icon on the top left side of my screen. The feature is super handy!

I need to make sure my signature is fairly secure.

I was looking for either the option of disabling editing the signed pdf I send, or to set that my signature has trackable prove of the fact that I signed.

Can you help me? Can you advice on which settings I have to look at, so that I don't change them all the time? Thank you
