iphone x 2x doesn’t focus at infinity

When you select 2x in the camera and then tap to focus on something in the distance, the lens doesn’t focus and a blurry photo results.

The 2x focuses fine on close objects but doesn’t for discussion any ones.

Any else seeing this?
