How do you change the text box size in a Photos card?

There used to be the ability to change the size and placement of text boxes in cards created in Photos (it used to be a series of "Command + Option + Arrow" or "Command + Control + Arrow" options that could do this). I found a way (accidentally) to change the character and line spacing of text in the text boxes (touch two fingers on the trackpad while hovering over the text to pop up a menu, the click on "Text Options", which opens a box with text editing options). But there is apparently no longer a way to edit the text boxes themselves. Has anyone found a way to do this?
