"Show all" and "quit" Safari are greyed out.....cannot shut down
How to retore "show all" and "quit" to Safari, so I can close it down
iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2010), Mac OS X (10.6.5)

1. Click in the menu bar and choose “Force Quit”.
In the window that opens up, select “Safari” and click “Force Quit.
2. Relaunch Safari holding the shift key down.
