How do I transfer music and iBooks from iPhon 6 to iPhone X?

How do I get ALL the data from my iPhone 6 to iPhone X? I ensured iTunes and both phones were updated, and used the iTunes method for file transfer. When completed, all the files in my iBooks and all my Playlists and Music did not transfer. All my photos, emails, texts, notes, contacts, and calendar did. What am I doing wrong? How do I get that info moved to my new phone that I am beginning to loathe?
